Lovely! Just lovely! What every child feels at some point and putting a voice to it will certainly help them get through those hard moments when "they don't feel loved".

What If "I’m Not Lovable"

Becomes A Limiting Belief?

By the age of 8, your child’s core beliefs are already forming.

Even the most well-adjusted kids can experience moments of self-doubt or rejection when they’re tired, emotional, or feel misunderstood.

If the thought "I'm not lovable" goes unchallenged, it can become hardwired into your child’s identity.

Left unaddressed, it can lead to:

  • 💔 Chronic self-doubt

  • 😞 Anxiety around making mistakes

  • 🤐 People-pleasing or emotional shut-down

  • 🚫 Avoidance of challenges or self-expression

But here’s the good news:

It only takes one story to begin rewriting the script.

Stories are the most powerful way to help children build self-esteem beliefs

Designed using principles from neuroscience, child psychology, and storytelling, the You Are Lovable! animation speaks directly to the emotional brain—where beliefs are formed and stored.

It uses the power of visual imagery, and a couple of very cute characters, to help make the message stick!

Meet the characters!

Hi, I'm Michelle Lowbeer

I'm a vibrant, playful creative who loves dancing like no-one’s watching, running in nature, and making children laugh (adults too, for that matter)! I live in sunny Sydney, Australia, with my husband, our two beautiful teenage daughters, and our cat, Koala.

My journey has been anything but conventional. I’m a children’s book author, poet, entrepreneur, Biodanza facilitator, and personal development enthusiast. Before finding my creative calling, I studied psychology for two years, then pivoted to commerce, becoming an accountant and financial planner. Life took me to Singapore for four years as a ‘dependent spouse’. It was there, during a simple school drop-off, that the idea for Hairy Thought-Buster was born, setting me on a mission to help children challenge their negative thoughts and build empowering beliefs!

Our Mission

Our mission is to comfort and empower children to know their worth, challenge their negative thoughts and feel deeply loved — through magical letters, children’s books, animated adventures and an AI Superhero buddy who sees their brilliance!
