Yes, absolutely! You can either order a separate letter for each child - so each letter will come in its own separate envelope with a separate Fluffies sticker sheet - or you can order one letter that's addressed to multiple children. In this case, the letter will arrive in one envelope, with only one Fluffies sticker sheet.
Simply select the number of letters you wish to order on the checkout page.
Not at all! Hairy's letters can be sent to children of any age - even to grown-ups (because we all have an inner child who needs love)! Hairy will tailor the letter's message based on the recipient's age. It's just that some older children may find Hairy and the Fluffies a little childish.
You'll be asked for the recipient's age in the form we send you after you place your order.
Yes—you can absolutely order a letter for yourself!
Hairy loves writing to inner children—especially the ones who didn’t get the encouragement, comfort, or joy they truly deserved growing up.
If you’d like your letter to speak directly to that tender part of you, just let us know in the form, once you place your order. We’ll make sure it feels like a big warm hug from someone who sees you.
Hairy will usually write and email his letter for your approval within 3 business days. Once you have confirmed (or changed) the message, we will aim to print and post the letter (from Sydney Australia) within 3–5 business days. Delivery times may take up to 15 business days, depending on where you live.
Yes. You can specify your preferred language in the form we send you after you place your order. Please note, however, that Hairy's stationery and envelope will have English words on there. Also, we will be sending our emails to you in English.

Hi, I'm Michelle Lowbeer
I'm a vibrant, playful creative who loves dancing like no-one’s watching, running in nature, and making children laugh (adults too, for that matter)! I live in sunny Sydney, Australia, with my husband, our two beautiful teenage daughters, and our cat, Koala.
My journey has been anything but conventional. I’m a children’s book author, poet, entrepreneur, Biodanza facilitator, and personal development enthusiast.
