3. Personalised Letters and Kits

When you provide a child’s name, address, and other personal details, you consent to us using that information to create and send personalised materials. These materials are intended for encouragement, education, and fun.

We may share child information with third-party printing or mailing services solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order. These providers are required to protect the data and use it only as instructed by us.

4. Payments and Refunds

All prices are listed in USD. Payments are processed securely.

We are committed to quality. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your product. Refunds or replacements may be offered in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

All content, characters (including Hairy Thought-Buster and The Fluffies), images, stories, and designs are the intellectual property of Hairy Thought-Buster and may not be copied, used, or distributed without written permission.

You may use the content for personal use with your child, classroom, or therapy setting — but not for resale or commercial reproduction.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hairy Thought-Buster is not liable for:

  • Any error or omission in personalised materials caused by incorrect information provided by you

We are not responsible for outcomes resulting from parenting, educational, or therapeutic decisions made based on our content. We are not a substitute for professional advice.

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
